DUTIES

  • Travel claims processing and initial QA;
  • Process travel related transaction in both the travel system and financial system;
  • Assist with reconciliation and manual processing of claims during transition between systems;
  • Travelers assistance (questions/guidance);
  • Documenting processes and update existing processes (Shared drive/intranet);
  • Assist with training activities related to the new travel system;
  • Assist with preparing communication material;
  • Organizing and researching information;
  • Updating logs, maintaining files and creating reports.

MANDATORY CRITERIA (resource must have the following)

M1
Education:

  • Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience is required

Experience:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience is required

In addition to the minimum qualifications required by the classification (education and experience), the potential candidates must also demonstrate the following mandatory requirements
M2
Minimum one (1) year experience providing services to clients
M3
Minimum one (1) year experience collecting, transmitting and processing information
M4
Minimum two (2) years experience with Excel & Word
M5
Minimum one (1) year experience with SAP
