No leader ship, very disorganized and they ask of you to do everything at all time from answering calls to answering emails non stop due to clients not knowing how to use the phone or technical issues.

This place was pretty good when I started there but then there was a change in management and things got busy. All the big promises and high ideals went right out the window. Only promises they keep are the ones that can be accomplished with a credit card number. They fire people randomly with no warnings or anything. Culture has turned toxic but Management pretends to see none of it and tries to spin everything instead of taking ownership. One of the most insulting and infuriating work experiences I have ever had.
Amazing place to work! No dress code, lots of company perks (lunches, parties)

I sadly moved and had to leave. I learned so much while I was there. Made so many friends and the work environment was fun every single day. Employees were very important to the company and if you had an issue, it was resolved quickly.
