Tsay Keh Dene Nation’s Territory is comprised of 862.2 hectares in North Central British Columbia. The community of Tsay Keh Dene is located in the Rocky Mountain Trench, approximately 575 km north of Prince George, B.C. Tsay Keh Dene Nation has approximately 450 in its membership and the administration is based out of two offices located both in Prince George and Tsay Keh Dene.
Working out of the Prince George office, the Accounting Clerk will report to the Finance Manager and provide a wide variety of accounting tasks, support and assistance to the department’s Finance Officers. He/she will perform accurate data entries, record keeping, filing systems and administrative tasks as well as assist with payroll and ROE administration. This position provides front-line contact in delivery of financial services. The accounting clerk is expected to be knowledgeable and customer service-orientated and exhibits a high degree of tact, diplomacy and discretion. Other related duties may be assigned by the Finance Manager.


  • Grade 12 or GED equivalency required.
  • Diploma in Accounting required.
  • 2 years of accounts payable and payroll experience required.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Adagio experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounting systems.
