Minimum 3 years experience managing staff. Experience in fine dining and chocolate work. Ability to cook is essential. Candidate must be able to work flexible hours with good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and think quickly to adapt to changing demands. Knowledge of food and safety practices. Must be organized and have leadership qualities.
