Office Administrator

We are seeking a friendly, positive and flexible individual, with excellent organizational skills. Candidate must have an accounting background using Quickbooks and good computer skills using Excel, Proficient in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
Organizing receipts/expenses for allocation to proper accounts
Preparing payments for owner review and signature
Accounts payable – all aspects – WSIB reports and remittances
Preparing end of month payable listing for mid – month payments
Preparation of bank deposits
Track and manage sales tax liabilities and tax liabilities
Analyzing accounting data to provide useful information about the business ( Excel Skills required)
Organize and maintain files
Other administrative duties as required
Full Time/ Part Time – Flexible hours
