We are currently seeking a dynamic; guest experience focused Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will share in the responsibility for food and beverage operations at Property, as well as delivering a high quality dining experience to our guests.

Accountabilities include:

  • Assisting with upholding the Property’s Standard’s of Service amongst the team
  • Assisting with team member training and coaching
  • Assisting with the development of merchandising programs that support brand building activities
  • Ensuring accuracy of all administration activities during pre-shift, clock-in, shift-reads, and closing duties
  • Assisting with the execution of budgets and expenses
  • Actively participating in the execution of the annual business plan

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications/skills:

  • Supervisory experience in a luxury restaurant environment
  • Post-secondary studies in Hospitality a definite asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in group training and coaching
