We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our dedicated, forward thinking team involved in the development of national program initiatives for the Canadian market.


The Operations Assistant will be an integral member of the newly launched National Programs Team and will have responsibility and accountability to provide a full range of operational support to the team. This diverse role will require someone with superior customer service and exemplary organizational capabilities.

-Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

-Set up new programs in the underwriting system
-Timely and accurate invoicing for multiple programs
-Close collaboration with Accounting and IT to ensure premium bordereaux are reconciled efficiently and accurately
-Issuance of various forms of policy documentation
-Orderly maintenance of electronic filing in the document management system
-Generate reports and review for accuracy and distribute to internal and external clients
-Manage and distribute incoming communication
-Respond to general inquiries from underwriters throughout our branch network
-Assist underwriters in delivering exceptional service to our clients
-Assist in testing of our online underwriting platform
-Respond to email and phone queries from our insureds


-Bachelor of Commerce or Business Administration
-Minimum 2-3 years business experience
-Fully Bilingual English/French
-Insurance industry experience an asset
