Title: Real Estate Secretary

Terms of Employment: Part Time

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: Brampton/Mississauga Ontario

Requirements:

Education: Some college or technical training

Experience: 1 year minimum

Skills:

  • Real Estate Office Experience a must
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Dependability
  • Organization skills
  • Client relationship
  • Positive attitude
  • Familiar with TREB and RECO regulations
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
  • Highly familiar with TREB, MLS websites, Lonewolf system
  • Knowledge of Firologix system is an asset
