We are in search of Bilingual Service Desk Representatives for our client, a top rated employer here in London!
Job Duties:
In your role as a Service Desk Representative, you will be assisting company employees across the country with their technical needs. Issues that arise can include: issues with software programs, network access, login (username/password issues) and hardware support (printers etc).
Qualifications:
Fluent in BOTH French and English
2 - 3 years previous experience in a technical support role, knowledge of computers, networking, software and hardware is a DEFINITE advantage!
College/University diploma is an asset
Great customer services skills and the ability to be flexible with your hours of work and tasks asked to do
Hours:
Must be flexible to work within the following hours:
Monday to Friday 7AM to 9PM and weekends 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Salary:
This position will pay between $18 and $20/hour depending on your experience. It is a temporary contract to start, with the chance to become permanent for the right candidates!
