Requirements:

  • Must have College diploma or University degree.
  • Demonstrated success in a proactive sales environment.
  • A consistent track record of exceeding quotas and revenue goals would be considered an asset.
  • Winning personality; committed to delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities, resourceful and solution oriented.
  • Ability to work both individually and in a team environment.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work dynamically.
  • Thrive in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Strong business acumen; ability to communicate effectively with clients, senior management and support staff.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools – Outlook, Word, Excel, and online tools.
  • Must be able to handle 50-60 lbs.
  • Fluent in English and French; third language is an asset.
  • Able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, cold call and develop new business relationships- make 40 outbound dials per day / personally visit customer accounts within a specific geographic region, present new product collections, check on product display and be proactive about the ways to help customers our/your eyewear brands (events, promo ideas, displaying, amongst others)
  • Consult with business clients to address their needs with the proper product.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity, customer, pipeline, and forecast information.
  • Work with internal sales and operational groups to ensure customer transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a stellar relationship with peers and external stakeholders.
