Our client is an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) development and consulting firm that specializes in creating custom, fully integrated solutions for their clients. They are well known with their clients for the level of deep consultation they do with their clients and their ability to create truly out of the box solutions that address their operational bottlenecks. Our client has a strong internal culture of collaboration and cooperation - they seek their next Sales all star!
There is a strong opportunity available for a good listener and consultative seller. The responsibilities in the role include:
-A proactive approach to new business development, with an aggressive hunter mentality on the phone. The role will work great for someone who has a natural flair for strategic cold calling, setting web meetings and face to face meetings with decision makers.
-Putting in the time with regular clients to understand the evolving needs of their business and how you can grow your lines of business with them.
-Leveraging a deep understanding of the budgeting/financial management software our client creates and how they increase productivity and widen operational bottlenecks.
-The willingness to be on the phone and in meetings all day every day, and be a fully operational and empowered Salesperson.
-Adhering to performance based metrics, revenue targets and company regulations as set by management.
Our client desires the following skill set in qualified candidates:
-5 to 10 years plus experience selling software solutions or in a similar role type, selling over the phone and face to face to C suite prospects.
-Strong experience in cold calling and generating your own leads is essential to the role.
-Experience with budgeting/financial management/accounting processes and software will be highly preferred but not essential.
-Fully computer literate, with the ability to use and learn computer applications very readily. The client provides full training on the budgeting/financial management systems they sell, however they will not put up with someone who simply cannot pick up computer software readily.
-A hunter mentality and a desire to earn strong commissions in your role. They want a driven and competitive team player.
For a seasoned representative the company will pay $75K on a base salary plus commissions. Total earnings including commissions are realistically between $120-$150K, depending on effort and Sales acumen. Top earners in the company bring in well over 6 figures per annum!
