Order Desk Representative
As an Order Desk employee, your main objective is to raise the level of customer satisfaction by providing products and service to the customer that meets or
exceeds their expectations. Other duties include; answering phones, general
customer inquires, invoicing our product and projecting a professional company image through phone interaction.
Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
Sell product and place customer orders in computer system and send them to
Provide customers with product and service information.
Complete customer Back Orders.
Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff.
Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the Costar system.
Follow-up on customer inquires if not immediately resolved.
Provide customers with correct pricing and current inventory information.
Research billing issues.
Correct billing issues and issuing credit notes for returned product.
Recognize, document and alert the supervisors of inventory shortages.
Other duties as assigned by management / supervisors.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Computer literate and / or the ability to learn our customer service software (Costar). Duties require a professional and friendly attitude towards everyone at all times. This individual must be enthusiastic, approachable, and passionate to
advise and help our customers. Automotive background or knowledge is an asset.
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Appropriate office attire is required
