Must have past experience in a hospitality environment (Minimum 2 years)
Strong communication skills, interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Able to perform critical duties (faxing, photocopying, keyboarding)
Comfortable using – Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook Express Email

Objectives and Activities
Guest interaction (in person, over the phone, written communication)
Create, cancel and change room reservations
Provide information about our services and facilities
Continuously responding to Guest needs proactively and energetically
Investigate and resolve complaints and claims
Managing incoming reservations
Register arriving Guests and assign rooms
Process group/individual arrivals and departures
Calculate charges and receive payments, balance cash and daily reconciliation
Continuously communicate and co-operate with all team members
Employ systems and technology as required in serving our guest
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
Fast paces environment, must be able to work under pressure
Performing light housekeeping duties (laundry)
Starting wage $12-$15 (Depending on experience) F/T 35+ hours a week
