Skills and Qualifications
Ø Strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving capabilities

Objectives and Activities
Ø Daily cleaning of rooms/administration building/property grounds
Ø Sweep, mop and wash all floors, vacuum carpets and area rugs
Ø Vacuum and dust upholstered furniture and draperies, dust all surfaces
Ø Make beds and change sheets
Ø Clean and disinfect bathroom surfaces and fixtures
Ø Empty all trash containers and dishwashers
Ø Wash walls, windows, ceilings and baseboards
Ø Managing recyclable and rubbish
Ø Grounds snow removal, sweeping and debris removal
Ø Continuously communicate and co-operate with all team members
Ø Monitor and maintain all housekeeping tools, systems and equipment proactively

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
Ø Fast paced environment, must be able to work under pressure
Ø Physically demanding
Ø Standing for long periods of time, bending, crouching, kneeling and reaching
Ø Must be able to repetitively lift 15 to 20 lbs

Starting wage $14-$15 (Depending on experience)
F/T 40+ hours a week
Staff Accommodation is Available, but spaces are limited
