Treasury Wine Estates (TWE) continues to embark on its journey to become the World’s most celebrated and successful wine company. In order to assist in driving this ambition we are seeking a Key Account Manager based in our Vancouver office in British Columbia (BC).

You will be responsible for achieving distribution and growth objectives for TWE brands in BC, for chain accounts, through effective key account management. With a strong focus on relationship management, you will be a key liaison with many of TWE’s top clients, building long term, strategically viable and profitable relationships. You will promote, educate and influence discussion on the TWE product portfolio through your in-depth knowledge of the wine category. In addition to this your will be responsible for the full suite of reporting, tracking your success through the effective use to complex sales tools. This Key Account Manager role will be responsible for a number of TWE’s major accounts and will therefore facilitate regular account review discussions.

Your successful application will be supported through a deep and detailed knowledge of the wine category within the local market, displaying a minimum of three to five years industry sales experience at the distributor or supplier level. Your natural sales prowess will be supported by a history of successful client and customer strategies, executing complex go-to-market strategies. A passion for wine and the ability to continuously learn new wines and brands and represent these effectively to customers is mandatory. You will be qualified through post secondary degree or equivalent experience and a working knowledge of the Australian wine market would be an asset.

Travel within the region/territory is required and therefore you must hold a valid driver’s license.

This is a permanent role with a Salary Range: $65k to $75k
