AUDITOR (Former Employee) – Greensboro, NC – 25 June 2017
I was a Temp worker there so my job was never really guaranteed from the beginning so I never got to see what a full time employee's benefits were. Job wasn't bad, got to work by yourself and do your work however you wanted. Wish the training was a little better, it was a pretty complicated process that could have been taught easier by the right person. Hardest part was the stress and frustration caused by certain problems that could be very time consuming.
Transportation Coordinator (Current Employee) – Lowell, AR – 11 July 2017
Poor management on teams. Lack of communication with team projects. Unhealthy work environment. Lack of proper training on system before starting. Inappropriate conduct between managers and employees on the account often leads to favoritism.
Teammembers, supplementary software and skill strengthening classes
Account Manager, Amazon Account (Former Employee) – Lowell, AR – 22 June 2017
If you enjoy transportation and logistics this is a very good company to work for. They work together as a family and have close relationships in a small to medium size office. They have multiple shifts to chose from and have great people to work with.
Operations Manager (Current Employee) – Lowell, AR – 21 June 2017
Everything is very scattered. If you are starting off in the field this should be the place to look at, unfortunately there is no real potential at the management level. Even if you make management, you will not receive solid mentorship or training on how to be successful.
CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST (Current Employee) – Lowell, AR – 14 April 2017
I love working at Transplace. Everyday you learn something new whether it is about Transplace, carriers, customers, or drivers. I have learned many things about the transporation world. The hardest part of the job is finding a place where you are please every side that is involved. It is possible just have to be able to project it properly. I enjoy going to work everyday and that in itself is the most enjoyable part of my day and job.
Capacity Manager Internship (Current Employee) – Lowell, AR – 7 November 2016
Though I have not been working here very long, I have gained so much out of my experience with Transplace. They are doing an amazing job of giving me a full scope of the different parts of a 3rd Party Logistics Company.

Logistics Freight Account Manager-Sensory Effects (Current Employee) – Philadelphia, PA – 28 June 2016
Hire people that are not qualified for positions because they are the VPs "Buddy" from another company. You could have worked int he position for years before them, and you are skipped over for promotions. Also, they pay men much more than women that have been doing the job longer.
Capacity Service Sales Rep (Former Employee) – Lowell, AR – 31 August 2015
I enjoyed the customer interaction and some employee interaction. The fast pace environment and advancing in goals. The job was stressful due to poor management and unlawful employees. There is no job security in this company.
