Owner/Operator (Current Employee), Waltham, MAApril 29, 2014
Pros: set my own schedule
Cons: periods of time when business was slow
These positions provided me with growth and personal fulfillment. A typical day would be to assess the clients needs and proceed to move forward in filling those needs.
I learned that for most individuals the change was cause for anxiety but once they were settled they found life to be fuller than when they lived in their own homes.
The most difficult – more... part of my job was when I witnessed individuals who couldn't accept their need for a safer environment.
I took great joy in knowing that clients found their new lifestyle to be happy and positive – less
