I had not worked in call center in many years and things had changed..I feel after working there I am ready to enter any job arena

I ENJOYED MY WORK AND CO-WORKERS A GOOD CHALLENGE AND APPECIATED OPPORTUNITY. WAS A CONTRACTED WORKER SO ADVANCEMENT AND BENEFITS OTHER OPPORTUNITIES NON-EXISTANT. WOULD LIKE TO BE IN A COMPANY THAT WILL CONSIDER GIVING ME AN OPPORTUNITY TO STAY ON AS A REGULAR EMPLOYEE

Violations call center phone clerk. I answer about 100 calls or more a day. My boss is very understanding. I enjoy my coworks we get along very well. Hardest part of my job is dealing with irate customers and non customers. I enjoy the violations dept everyone gets along well and the work gets completed.

• Supported high call volume, one hundred plus calls
• Collected deposits or payments owed
• Provided important information about products offered.
• Toll road direction assistant, as well as documenting all transactions taken

Its a good place to work until the contract runs out. Then you need to relocate. All jobs are government contract based. Every election you hope things wont change. Most projects use virtual offices and teams from across the country. That can be hectic but it is still a good company and the benefits are good.

This job is very interesting to work for because the tasks that lay before me. Prior to working here; I never knew so much about The United Toll System and how it operates for our highways that we use for our daily commute to and from work. Superb!

I personally think that it is a good job, it just was a little difficult for me to process 650 and up images an hour everyday and to keep it up every week, its not for everyone but you have a great chance of making more money if you can go above the 650 an hour and have accuracy.

At first I was promised great things, such as advancement in the company, raises, and good benefits. But after four years of going no where with a $1.60 raise all together, it's safe to say i'm job hunting for something better... I've been trained in every department in that building, even a qualified walk-in customer service rep as a backup. And that's – more... what it is a backup. They want you to volunteer to learn all you can about the company, so they can use you to do the work and still pay you basically minimum wage and have a severely understaffed operation for a steadily growing company... Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this company, you will go no where and regret all the wasted time you've lost. – less

Travel to many Bridges or Tunnels. Learned to work with many electrical tools. Trained new hired employees. Assisted managers and co-workers. the hardest part of this job is replacig broken equipment during winter. Training new employees, taking lunch together was fun.

While being a productive place to work, I am an "IN-House Temp" there for I do not get the benefits or annual compensation raises.
Co-workers are great. A variety of people with diverse backgrounds.

I enjoyed starting at the simplest position at this establishment and working my way forward from there, focusing on gaining experience and putting objective plans into action based upon what I had learned. I appreciated the company working with me as I continued my education. The most enjoyable part of my job was the teaching aspect. I built a team – more... of hard-working individuals, and I enjoyed taking a hands on approach to aid them in the learning process to improve their chances of success in the company. – less

Management at this location/company is very inconsistent and unsecure. Employees are treated very bad and there is no consideration at all for a person's well being. The managers at this company are very moody and tempermental.

The people are fun and friendly (almost family like) The pay is ok if you have a second sorce of income. I enjoyed my time with the company because it was close to home, and pretty laid back. I didn't enjoy the fact that: what you start out with as a rate of pay, will most likely be what you end with.

I had a very sucessful management career with TransCore and miss is every day.

I like working as a field tech because there's not a typical day, things change on daily basis. One day I could be working on a CCTV camera and the next on an overhead digital message sign. Its all fun!

A typical day at work is answering incoming calls for commercial lines, auditing and correspondence. I learned to be both independent and work as a team. I learned more about insurance companies and how the Fast Lane system works. I love all of my co-workers, great enviornment to work in and room for growth. The hardest part of my job is sending out – more... invoices because everything needs to be perfect before it can go out to the customer. we werkten zelfstandig maar maakte toch deel uit van iets groots de rotterdamse haven dat trok me wel en me collega,s waren over het algemeen wel leuk heb geleerd wat er allemaal in de rotterdamse haven afspeelt en hoe belangerijk het is voor rotterdam, nederland en misschien wel heel europa had fysiek geen zware baan al hoewel het werken in dienstverband – more... toch wel vermoeiend kan zijn en het leukste aan de baan was natuurlijk de loon het was een goed betaalde baan – less
