One of the worse places i have worked
DESIGNER (Former Employee), Toronto, ONJanuary 14, 2016
Pros: +-salary - did not work extented hours
Cons: lots of gossip, lots of insecure people, management is terrible, too many women, people do not stop there, the worse managers (specially marketing) ever.
The salary was ok.
The people are the "insecure type" they are afraid of the managers.
The managers do not interact with people "under" them.
People do not stop there for over 6 months.
HR is very rude and is always against to the employee. They just give some time to the manager.
Culture is poor. They do not have values. It's a mess. As much as you work, you will never receive a positive feedback.
I have never someone yelling to me in my 18 years work life. There my manager used to yell to me all the time. She was a non-experient "manager".
I stayed there more than 6 months just because I got pregnant and I did not want to loose my benefits.
