DESIGNER (Former Employee) – Toronto, ON – 14 January 2016
The salary was ok. The people are the "insecure type" they are afraid of the managers. The managers do not interact with people "under" them. People do not stop there for over 6 months. HR is very rude and is always against to the employee. They just give some time to the manager. Culture is poor. They do not have values. It's a mess. As much as you work, you will never receive a positive feedback. I have never someone yelling to me in my 18 years work life. There my manager used to yell to me all the time. She was a non-experient "manager". I stayed there more than 6 months just because I got pregnant and I did not want to loose my benefits.
+-salary - did not work extented hours
lots of gossip, lots of insecure people, management is terrible, too many women, people do not stop there, the worse managers (specially marketing) ever.

The environment and culture of this company is great. Management is a little disconnected from the day to day grind. More push back to there clients whorl result in a more connected relationship in future endevours.
IT Technician (Current Employee) – Mississauga, ON – 29 January 2017
Good portfolio of clients. Large workforce. Focused on Print media - losing market share to Online content. Great environment filled with young, creative individuals. Easy to make contacts and friends and start your own creative side-businesses.
Reliable work environment, supportive staff, overall fairly friendly groups.
Large number of contractors who never receive FT offers.
