We are a manufacturing facility and warehouse looking for a part time Bookkeeper
Terms of Employment: Part time (2-3 times a month)
Wage: $/Hour depending on qualifications
Hours: Flexible
Location: Ayr, Ontario

Requirements:

• High energy and driven to succeed personally and in the work environment
• Previous experience in Business Vision an asset
• Must be professional
• Attention to detail is crucial
• Ability to multi task in fast paced environment
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent organizational skills and time management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with computer technology and strong knowledge of Microsoft office

Description: Bookkeeping

• Assess business financials for opportunities and shortfalls
• Preparation of regular statements and reports
• Inventory control
• Maintenance and totaling of revenue and expenses
• WSIB and HST Returns
• Bank reconciliations
• Work and interact with accountant
