Summary of Role

The Search Engine Marketing Analyst is responsible for consulting and providing reports to clients on SEO, SEM and LSO account progress. Review and analyze client sites for areas that need improvement, recommend changes, deletions, etc. In addition, the Search Engine Marketing Analyst will also be expected to know the "language of SEO" for example; organic search, PPC marketing, CTR, CPC, SEM, ROI, keyword density, long-tail keywords, etc

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Prepare detailed SEO strategy reports
  • Interact and work closely with clients, both internal and external, to provide keyword search analysis, content and SEO strategy creation
  • Managing TCD accounts, optimizing for high performance
  • Creation and optimization of LSO accounts
  • Trouble shoot web metrics for SEO and SEM issues

Job Requirements

  • Google Adwords Certified
  • Experience with SEO and SEM
  • In depth knowledge of keyword research. This includes knowing how to identify the least expensive, yet most profitable keywords for client sites
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills
  • Customer focus and ability to develop client partnerships
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Action oriented - ability to assess a situation, develop a plan, obtain approval and take initiative to complete the plan

The successful candidate will be required to complete a pre-employment screening consisting of a Criminal Record Check
