Pros: fixed schedule 7am-3pm tues-saturday
Cons: bad pay, short assignments, lost more than i had earned from the start!
Bad experience with this place from the start! My first day of work I got into a curb accident because my recruiter mistakenly told me on a message to be there at 6 am but it was supposed to be 7 am. So when I saw the message in the morning when i had just woken up at 5:45 am, I rushed to my car going 150 km an hour on a Saturday wet dark morning traffic free. I spun out and managed to get my car in control but hit a curb at 60 km an hour resulting in completely messed up wheel, tie rod suspension, oil pan and all of that. The damage cost me over $2100. And the accident literaly happened 600 meters away from the job on high way exit. This place gave me work for 1 month giving me $1500 than layed me off for shortage of work for over 3 weeks. I lost more than I earned because of a false email. Also they said they would give bonuses, but I never received one even when I pushed myself. I felt like I got used. Now that they have work they keep trying to get a hold of me, but that's never going to happen I expect a parmanent job not 1 month. I never even wanted to work for this place once i went for the interview, they just begged me. Than I recieve karma for trying to be early. Was a waste of my time big time and had so much bad luck. I did learn a valuable lession however, if your late dont rush your life's more important than a job yolo. The TPD people were nice and its a good place if your struggling to find a job or if you want to develope some experience, it was'nt for me unfortunately. Most of my anger potrayed is for damco. Avoid that place if you can!
