Assistant Manager and Shoe-aholic Expert (Former Employee) – Calgary, AB – 20 June 2013
a challenging work environment, with lacking training. strives for positivity and team work, is not always successful. Staff was driven, but company did not support much of any management decision making. salaried staff (including non-in store staff: DM's etc) were expected to make sales towards their own individual commission.
EDMONTON (Current Employee) – EDMONTON – 6 March 2018
Its a good Company to work for. A typical day at work involves reviews of store KPI's and Schedules. Store walks. Planning the day with input of stock into store and merchandising. The work Culture is amazing along with the associates and managers here.
