TouchTunes is looking for an Advertising Trafficker Assistant who will be responsible for managing and servicing day-to-day needs of clients, including campaign trafficking, inventory management, delivery, reporting and analysis. Candidates should be business/media minded and enjoy working in a progressive and fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities
Planning and coordination of campaigns
Uploading and QA of media
Optimizing, campaign tracking, providing reports to clients/sales/accounting
Trouble-shooting tag/campaign delivery issues
Ensuring campaign delivery and performance evaluations
Overseeing effective delivery and achievement of goals
Respond to sales’ requests for inventory availability
Providing sales/client support
Providing insights into campaign performance and improvement strategies to increase likelihood of retention, growth and renewal
Liaising internally with various departments and externally with clients and client tech/creative support groups
Collaborating with sales, business development team and clients to reach clear objectives and performance goals
Requirements
Marketing/Advertising/Business/Computer Science graduate or related discipline
Mathematically inclined; heavy emphasis with numbers, such as delivery and web metrics
Strong experience using Microsoft Excel – ability to work with spreadsheets and formulas
Experience with Industry/ad server ideal; strong considerations towards candidates with familiarity in using ad-serving software such as DART, Open Ad-Stream, Atlas, Eyeblaster or Yield Manager
Understanding and genuine interest in interactive advertising industry
Knowledge of HTML, Flash and JavaScript an asset, willingness to learn
High level of general organizational, problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Proactive, resourceful, good problem solver and strong business acumen
Strong computer/internet literacy
Good understanding of technology and database concepts
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, attention to detail and working under strict deadlines
Experience in scheduling, estimating, and status reports
Qualifications
Bilingual (English and French)
