Customer Service, Sales & Marketing Coordinator for a shoe repair company that develops, produces, distributes and markets over 750 shoe and foot care products to over 50,000 stores across North America

Job Description:
The position provides support to the National Sales Manager and Sales executive with day to day activities including the analysis of customer trends and replenishment and competitor research. This position requires coordinating the flow of information and communication through marketing and advertising. This candidate must have excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. This position reports directly to the National Sales Manager.

Job requirements:
§ Preparing customer sales forecasts for purchasing department and sales team
§ Analyzing sales data to determine customer purchasing habits and trends
§ Support sales staff with new product information, substitute products, and competitive product characteristics
§ Preparing reports for open orders, back orders, and customer fill rates
§ Update and organize multiple store planograms for virtual merchandizing and maximizing sales
§ Manage organization’s customer service department; complaints, inquiries, and information as well as monitoring the organization’s general email and replying to customer requests
§ Creating and sending quarterly franchisee newsletters which include sales information, product knowledge, and seasonal marketing techniques
§ Providing support to the order entry clerk including order entry, printing and maintaining customer orders, invoices and packing slips for shipments
§ Excellent product knowledge to review and suggest additional products to customers
§ Maintaining organization’s website and ecommerce activity
§ Assisting the sales team prepare for meetings, trade shows, and other events
§ Varying administrative duties

§ Market research
§ Ability to report research results
§ Strong initiative and organization
§ Very strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
§ Capable of working effectively in a fast paced environment (independently as well as in a team)
§ Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
§ Excellent attention to detail
§ Knowledge of CMS and Solarsoft platforms (Epicor)

Experience
§ 2 or more years of marketing and sales experience an asset
§ 2 or more years of customer service experience
§ EDI experience an asset

Language:
§ Speak English, Read English, Write English
§ Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc:
§ A Business related degree or diploma an asset (marketing, advertising)

Shift Requirements
§ Fulltime
§ Monday to Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
§ Working one (1) Sunday per month from 9:00am-1:00pm
