The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving orders
providing information regarding pricing and specifications via telephone, e-mail and fax. The successful candidate will also be responsible for entering orders into the ordering system and verifying that orders are correct
This position requires thorough knowledge of company products
Job Specifications
Superior communication skills
Fluency in English language written communication skills required
Ability to adapt to fluctuating call volumes and ability to prioritize work to optimize deficiencies - Inside Sales
Incoming Calls
Walk-in Customers
Receiving duties
Inventory duties
Take accurate customer orders and prepare quotations
Handle and resolve complaints and returns
Offer solutions to individual customer needs
Support outside sales staff
Interact with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Contact Centre or Customer Service experience is an asset
Creating invoices and processing payments received.
Answer all incoming calls and handle caller's inquiries via phone, email or in person

experience in the MOVING COMPANY would be a definite asset
Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Must be energetic, enthusiastic, and be able to work independently on critical tasks
Exceptional organization, decision making and problem solving abilities
Strong computer skills
Must be committed to quality, and customer service
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Handle grievances, investigate complaints and resolve issues.
Assist with marketing projects
