We’re seeking an energetic and knowledgeable sales professional with experience selling to B2B customers in the telecom sector to join our agile team located in our Toronto office. We are aggressively growing with the aim to be a market leading supplier in the telecom hardware sector in the next 3 years. We offer a competitive base salary (based on experience), commissions, and bonuses.
- Develop new business within the Canadian market.
- B2B sales with a focus on Account development.
- Work with sales and technical teams to build strong customer relationships and deliver world class service.
- Work closely with management team to help develop and implement plans to grow customer base and gain competitive advantage.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience or technical knowledge/familiarity with RF Solutions and/or Fiber Optics
- 2-5+ years of experience in B2B sales in the telecommunications hardware, wireless communications and/or fiber optics sectors.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a proven track record of demonstrating the ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- A true hunter mentality who is not afraid to prospect and think creatively to establish new customers and sales opportunities.
- Self-starter, efficient, organized and able to produce high quality work in a fast paced environment
- An established book of business or relationships within the Canadian telecom market would be an advantage.
Some experience with RF Solutions and/or Fiber Optics is key for success in this position.
