Settling trade confirmation in client accounts and with the bank
Specific standards and results required.
1.Communicating with Trade Department to determine upcoming trades.
2.Daily search for trade confirmations through email and calyonsecdocs.com website
3.Creating trading lists and allocating share to client portfolios
4.Inputting trades to the portfolio management system
5.Creating trade upload file using excel to communicate with bank
6. Communicating with Trade Department to resolve any issues surrounding trades
General understanding of investment operations
Keen attention to detail
Strong proficiency with computers (excel and word, etc.)
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to learn new responsibilities quickly and efficiently
Problem solving skills
Ability to work well in team environment.
Min 2 years work experience in Trading Department
