Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for all aspects of customer service. The CSR coordinates production for both end-user and re-sellers.
Position Requirements: - Highly skilled in communications. - Effective writing and exceptional organizational skills. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision. - Proficient computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel.
Compensation and Benefits: - Health insurance - $17 - $19 /hour.
