Part time Sales Associate. A typical day is helping men customers meet their clothing needs (formal and casual), from selecting, cashing and thanking them for their business. Of course, putting merchandise on the floor, cleaning up, and balancing cash at the end of the day. The store carried high quality merchandise.
The management team and sales staff worked together to create a happy place culture by ensuring the store was always well stocked.
The hardest part of the job was to tell a customer an item was sold out, especially if on sale. The most enjoyable part of the job was meeting customers from all over the world.

Sales Associate (Former Employee) – Fredericton, NB – 1 June 2017
The management both in stores and across the regional spectrum is crazy. There is a culture of use and discard when it comes to hard working employees. Recently the company downsized due to extreme financial issues. Bad management will be the death of this place.
