Job Description

TinyEYE Therapy Services is a Saskatoon based company that helps students around the world gain access to Speech-Language Pathologist services through our award-winning online speech therapy platform. Our vision is to be the number one advocate in the world for children finding their voice.

TinyEYE is located in Canada’s premier research park, Innovation Place, which offers a wide range of value-added services. These include access to a fitness center, games room, coffee lounge, atrium café, garden park, and private Boffins club.

We are looking for a driven individual to join our team of passionate individuals who shares our commitment to personal, professional, and organizational development, while holding ourselves and each other accountable to the highest standard of team performance. This is a permanent full time position. Salary will be determined based on experience in addition to a lucrative quarterly commission structure.


Prospect and build the sales pipeline
Follow a solutions based selling process
Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments, making initial presentations, and understanding account requirements
Close sales by building rapport with potential customers, explaining service capabilities, overcoming objectives, preparing contracts, and maintaining margin requirements
Independently plan and execute sales trips to various regions in North America
Contribute information to marketing objectives and strategy by monitoring competition and customer feedback.


Driven, goal oriented, and proactive
Strong interpersonal and organization skills
Proven work ethic
Highly driven with a tenacious demeanor
Willing to learn and adapt to change through self and team building
Successful experience working independently


Proficient in Microsoft Office and Web Technologies
Travel required
Valid Driver License
Clean Criminal Record
Business Degree preferred
Sales experience is an asset
