Responding to inbound customer and team communications
Monitoring and quality control of services
First responder and problem solver to technical issues
Organizing and tracking data
Teach and train customers on service platform

Excellent communicator with strong verbal abilities

Able to manage multiple tasks with interruptions
Passion for Customer Service

Able to work Monday - Friday 6AM – 2PM (7AM – 3PM Daylight Savings Time)
Minimum 3 years Customer Service Experience
Some Post Secondary Preferred
Technically Savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
