About the Position:
Regional Leasing Coordinators report to the Regional Manager. They thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and possess strong negotiation and communication skills. They are responsible for managing occupancy in an assigned portfolio of buildings and for promoting the Timbercreek advantage of being the preferred landlord of choice.

Key Responsibilities:

 Responsible for managing and maintaining occupancies in their portfolio and filling vacancies in a timely and efficient manner
 Coordinate and implement an active open-house program
 Monitor properties and building staff within the region
 Prepare and regularly up-date the leasing strategy for buildings in their portfolio
 In conjunction with the Regional Manager, conduct quarterly market surveys, analyze data, provide recommendations to senior management and organize mystery shopper visits to competitors
 Schedule work week to meet the needs of the region which may include performing activities on evenings and weekends

 Liaise with the Marketing Manager to explore and develop real estate advertising and marketing programs. Generate ideas for promotional material and leasing activities
 Develop and execute the annual marketing plans
 Assist Head Office with identifying advertising opportunities to ensure the promotion of the Timbercreek brand across all media
 Assist Head Office with ensuring that all properties are adhering to Timbercreek branding policies (font, colour’s, logo’s etc.)
 Implement effective advertising strategies emphasizing cost efficiencies
 Negotiate and administer special projects as required, undertake other duties as assigned
 Coordinate and implement tenant activities and open houses

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience:
 Degree/diploma and/or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience focused in marketing and/ or business would be an asset
 Exposure to leasing/marketing/sales in a multi-residential or other related industry asset class would be considered an asset
 2-3 years of experience in a sales environment
 Experience with leasing principles would be an asset
 Certified leasing Officer Designation (CLO) would be an asset
 A professional demeanor coupled with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
 Ability to take initiative and to work independently as well as on a team
