A mid-sized operator of a national food chain is looking to fill the position of General Manager of Operations. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the operations of up to 5 separate locations across the Scarborough and North York area. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this individual will be responsible for overseeing all areas of the business for their assigned locations. This individual must able to gain the respect and cooperation of the store level managers and staff, and have the ability to clearly articulate business needs and how they are to be achieved.
We are a very high-touch environment, reporting directly to the owners of the organization. We take a team based approach and are looking for an individual who is extremly goal oriented, willing to take a hands on approach, and knowlegable in the areas of quick service restaurant management.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum five years in a management capacity, preferably in the food and beverage sector.
- Post-secondary education in business, hospitality or a related field.
- Ability to motivate.
- Adaptable to changing business needs.
- Able to work weekends.
