Tight 5 Contracting Ltd. in Burnaby is seeking an exceptional Full-time Office Manager/Bookkeeper for their small office.
Experience in the construction industry would be very helpful.
Your duties as Office Manager/Bookkeeper are not limited to but do include the following:
- All aspects of the accounting cycle
- Payroll using EFT
- Accounts Receivable/Collections
- Accounts Payable
- Bookkeeping, including monthly bank and credit card reconciliation, quarterly GST reporting and WCB reporting
- Filing of Statutory Declarations as required
- Pension and Benefit calculation and remittances
- Other duties deemed necessary for the fulfillment of the full accounting cycle
- Registering new apprentices with the ITA
- Warehouse inventory journal entries
- Update and maintain the office filing systems
- Other duties deemed necessary for the fulfillment of the position of Office Manager/Bookkeeper
Must have at least 3 years experience with Quickbooks and be comfortable working on own.
Must have at least 5 years office experience.
