Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON5 September 2017
Very old school way of doing things, no progression, a lot of negative people, the managers and directors are set in their ways. Pay is very low and not a lot of benifits.

This company has really great supervisors and management for the most part, the co-workers are fantastic to work with, hours vary so no steady work hours you must be flexible. Salary is not that great and there isn't any raises, you can do pretty good on commission if you really push yourself to your limits, Rules are extremely important and most be followed.
Pros
Great co-workers
Cons
Low season can be nerving not sure if your hours will be cut

Great environment for a Coop Student in Human Resources
HR Coop intern for Thomas Cook Group (Former Employee) –  Toronto, Ontario7 November 2013
I worked in the HR depart for four months and at the end wished I could have stayed longer. However, my short time was over and I had to move on to a full time role. The leadership was strong, consistent and they lived up to all that was promised. They gave me opportunities to actually function in an active role as a recruiter, following the process from beginning to end. Compared to most of my classmates who had little or nothing to do over their coop period.
Pros
The group of people who worked in the HR department. Their inclusiveness, shared work ethics and generousity in given a student the opportunity to contribute to the group
