Pros: located mid-town toronto, office very state-of-the-art, management is good, fair and people oriented.
Cons: no job security, low salary, working with travel agents can be a challenge sometimes, not good travel benefits
Pretty good company to work for. Call Centre is busy during sales season then call volume drops during summer and company lays off employees. Training is long, which seems to be a little over the top. Team Leads are very nice. Call Centre Manager excellent people person and very understanding. After only a few months working I was laid off. Call back was after a few months but job security is a little sketchy. If you are looking for full time and company advancement I would not suggest working there. No real travel benefits but if you can hang in there travel benefits are good after a few years. Salary is average for work type.
