Role:

The Industrial Insulator is primarily responsible for insulating manufactured products.

Responsibilities:

 Application of all insulating materials to piping systems and vessels.
 Performing tasks according to safety rules & regulations.

Duties:

 Utilize listening and communication skills to determine what tasks need to be done
 Work with different types of insulation such as:
o Mineral Wool
o Ceramic Fibre
o Polyurethane
o Foam Glass
 Apply cladding on pipes and pressure vessels
 Observe and learn
 Work in a safe manner and observe all safety rules
 Report any unsafe conditions or concerns to Supervisors
 Other duties as required.

Experience & Education:

 Applicable experience and education an asset
