Dynamics NAV Consultant – GTA

Our client specializes in the implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics NAV for organizations of various industries across Canada including manufacturing and distribution. They are currently recruiting for a Consultant with at least 3 - 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV with a strong specialization on the Financials. You will be responsible for Dynamics NAV implementations for clients, ensuring projects are delivered on-time and within budget. This position requires a Microsoft Dynamics NAV professional with proven implementation experience.

This is a permanent position based in the GTA with travel to customer sites in various locations throughout Ontario. Occasional travel to other parts of Canada may also be required.

Fundamental Duties:

• Provide implementation planning, training, configuration and support for clients
• Implement Microsoft Dynamics NAV software at client sites
• Prepare project related documents and report implementation status
• Provide pre and post-sales support as required
• Analyze client business requirements and objectives
• Work closely with senior development team

Certifications / Experience:

• 3 - 5 years hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV Finance implementation, including latest version 2009, Classic and RTC
• 3+ years hands on project management experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV an asset
• CMA, CGA or CA an asset
• Strong understanding of NAV financials; additional understanding of manufacturing and distribution modules in NAV
• Dynamics NAV certification in financials required; manufacturing and distribution certification an asset
• Ability to communicate and write effective development requirements / specifications an asset
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary accompanied by bonus of up to 20%
