A typical day would entail food prep, being assigned to a station to serve from: front register, sandwiches, grill, runner, drive thru window register, lots of cleaning afterwards.
You will learn the do's and don'ts around the kitchen, keeping the workplace sanitary, avoiding cross-contamination & undercooked meats, maintaining a safe environment to work in and keeping a constant communication going with others while you complete orders as needed.
Management stays on the ball and sees to it that everyone is playing their role in the team.
The hardest part of the job can be trying to keep up when the store is overwhelmingly busy, but it's a challenge that anyone should be ready to tackle.
During my time there I was lucky to work with some good people which always helps.
