The Weekend to End Women's Cancers is an event over one amazing weekend dedicated to raising millions of dollars every year for cancer treatment, prevention, education, and outreach services. Thousands of women will join together to walk in the battle against all women's cancers. They have a choice to Walk the epic 2-Day 60KM route or 1-Day 32 KM route.

The support received will fund the critical work of the Princess Margaret Hospital Cancer Foundation and their efforts to end breast and gynecologic cancers, diseases that one in seven Canadian women will be diagnosed with in her lifetime. One Weekend truly can make a lifetime of difference.

The Weekend is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales and Fundraising Coach to join their team in Toronto. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the participation and fund raising success of the Weekend to End Women's Cancers. In this phone based role, you are the foundation of the event by being the main point of contact for all participants.

More specifically, the successful candidate will:

 Answer inbound and initiate outgoing calls;
 Make outbound registration phone calls to people who have requested information;
 Phone participants to motivate and provide support;
 Teach and share techniques for each participant to reach their goals;
 Serve as Event Staff during the event; and
 Coach and be the main contact of information for all participants.

The ideal candidate will have completed some post-secondary education and have previous experience in sales or telephone service. You must enjoy talking with people over the phone and have the willingness to do whatever it takes to produce a successful event.
