Must have food handlers certificate.
Must read, write, and speak english profficiently.
Must have experience running a busy kitchen (150 - 500 covers per night).
Must have basic computer skills.
Must have passion for food and service industry.
Preferred applicants will have:
Formal training/College Education in culiary arts or restaurant management.
Experience working as a Chef for a minimum of 3 years.
Lunch, Dinner, Parties, Events, and Special Occasions.
