RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Drafting and typing reports, correspondence, Policies & Procedures, presentations, brochures, advertising, invitations
  • Performing general office duties including, but not limited to answer and screen telephone calls, greet and escort visitors, photocopying, distribution of materials, sending and receiving faxes and emails
  • Handling and ensuring protection of confidential information and files
  • Building and maintaining data bases
  • Collecting, collating and inputting statistical data
  • Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, recording and distributing minutes
  • Opening and distributing incoming mail
  • Making decisions on routine and urgent matters in absence of Executive Director
  • Coordinating IT and computer servicing
  • Maintaining Administration files and filing system
  • Maintaining Administration office equipment
  • Order Supplies

QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate must

  • Be proficient in MS Word, Excel, MS Publisher, email
  • High School Education
  • Diploma or Certificate in Office Administration or similar training
  • Function with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Minimum of one year related experience

SALARY/GRADE:

  • Salary $45,000.00
