This role would suit a team player who is proficient in creating invoices and documents containing financial information, and is also able to complete other administrative duties as required.
It is essential that you have previously worked as a Conveyancing clerk/assistant, have advanced MS Office skills, Simply Accounting program, Real Broker program, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Will train if needed.
You will need to be very involved with the work to ensure you know exactly where files are and their status. You will be appreciated and valued as you make this a strong, close working relationship.
This role offers plenty of variety including Conveyancing, Property and Rentals, Accounting, Reception duties, etc. As the successful candidate you will have good typing skills, display lots of initiative, great customer service skills and be willing to work closely within a small friendly practice.
