Oversee all hotel operations including Food and Beverage, Liquor Retail store, Rooms, Sales and Marketing in planning, organizing,staffing,directing and financing. Responsible for the developing maximum profits in terms of revenue,profitability and quality through costs and labour control while maintaining the highest standard of quality and service to guests. Successful candidate will possess a strong and proven food and beverage backgrownd with superior operational expertise in all phases of hotel management.The individual should have a proven ability to continuously strive for improvements within the operation. A minimum of 3-5 years General Manager experience is required. A Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management is preferred. Compensation package of Salary and bonuses will be based on experience.
