  • 3 years experience in a supervisory/management role in a call center environment
  • 2-3 years experience leading a team of call centre agents
  • Must be diplomatic and customer-oriented at all times
  • Must have a flexible schedule Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 8:00pm EST zone
  • Must be organized and be able to adhere to deadlines


  • Bilingualism (French/English)
  • Previous experience working in a telecommunications industry

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for leading a team of customer service agents
  • Responsible to provide initial and on-going training, coaching, quality assessments and respond to all employee questions and concerns
  • Responsible to monitor daily workload, staffing requirements, and to create process documents

Salary: $38,000
