Permanent Fulltime
Salary 35K + benefits
Location: downtown

Required Qualifications:
· Related post-secondary education
· Experience with accreditation
· Fluent in French and English (speaking and writing)
· Above average organizational skills, consistently striving for accuracy and attention to detail
· Excellent work ethic that includes punctuality and attendance
· 1 year minimum office or patient/customer care experience
· Proficient in Microsoft Office products

Asset Qualifications:

· Health care sector experience
· Experience with BF system

- Provide administrative and program support to the QA department
- Manage the Director’s calendar and BF systems for the department
- Extract outstanding BF items at the end of every month, which includes reviewing all closing/expiring files
- Coordinate mail-outs as required
- Schedule, coordinate and prepare minutes for all Working Group meetings
- Undertake occasional research projects as requested by team members
- Assume light reception work as required
- Assist with administrative tasks related to the accreditation process.
- Contribute to the day to day operations of the entire organization
- Produce, complete and issue all monthly reports (Yearly Update Notices, Re-accreditation Notices and Expired accreditations)
- Scan journal articles as indicated and enter into literature envelopes or database
- Update website information to list contact information for all accredited units
- Distribute accreditation materials for review
- Complete, vet and issue all accreditation final reports and certificates
