The Phone Experts is an authorized TELUS Mobility dealer who is looking for a Client Trainer.
The Client Trainer will offer customized, innovative training solutions to new and existing clients who wish to learn how to get the most out of their TELUS Smartphone
The primary role for the Client Trainer will be to host one-on-one and group training sessions at select locations. The sessions will be customized to the individual client's needs and will deliver an engaging and exceptional client experience.
The secondary role for the Client Trainer will be to act as a Learning Centre program ambassador, working in conjunction with the Store Managers. The Client Trainer will educate the staff at their designated locations to ensure their involvement and successful execution of the program.

You are dependable, reliable and can work a flexible schedule and embrace change enthusiastically
You can work during retail hours of operation
You have reliable transportation as travel is required (% amount TBD)
You have the following required experience/skills:
2 years in retail sales, customer service and/or technical support
2 years of facilitated training and/or coaching experience
You are proficient with computers and in particular MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
