Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the following:
- Answer telephone inquiries
- Handle inquiries and provide information to callers
- Present quotations to clients
- Use sales, business development, and marketing techniques, as well as networking in order to attract business from client companies
- Achieve monthly targets
- Advertise vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing advertisements in a wide range of media, e.g., newspapers, websites, magazines
- Identify and approach suitable candidates
- Utilize candidate databases to find the right candidate for the client’s vacancy
- Receive and review applications, manage interviews and create shortlists for client review
- Arrange for and administer assessments to validate candidate skills and competencies
- Request references and check the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client
- Brief the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
- Organise interviews for candidates
- Inform candidates about the results of their interviews
- Negotiate pay and salary rates and finalise arrangements between client and candidates

The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, marketing, business or other related discipline. A friendly outgoing personality and a drive for results are essential for success in this critical role. The incumbent will have demonstrated experience in problem solving, critical thinking, managing priorities, and achieving goals. This is a permanent fulltime opportunity working 40 hours per week. Rate of pay to be negotiated.
