The OVRGRND Agency is looking to add creative, driven, motivated individuals to our team who will help secure new business and add to its core areas of focus.
The Account Executive reports to the Director of New Business, and is responsible for driving new business into the agency. By meeting quarterly sales targets, candidates will be able to earn generous commission rates on a per project and/or residual (monthly) basis.
At least 2-3 years of sales experience (advertising and promotion experience a definite plus)
Basic understanding of Social Media (design and print also a plus)
Must be fully bilingual & be able to communicate effectively (French & English)
Have a great attention to detail
Must have access to a vehicle
This role will require you to be self-disciplined and goal-oriented, and willing to receive guidance and direction, as you will be the primary link to our existing and prospective client base.
